"My immediate supervisor losy hois temper and was prone to name calling. It was inappropraite."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you are having that bad of a day that you can't be civil to your employee's, stay home."

"if you are looking for career growth you will not obtain it here unless you are a close friend or family member of management."

What don't you like about working at Konica Minolta?

"The supervisor called me back from maternity leave 20 days early under a false impression that I was needed, only to lay me off when I was more qualified than many other employees that were close friends. She also did not pay me for the one day I came back to work stating I needed a doctor's note."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Growth opportunities in the company were clearly limited to close friends and family members of upper management team only, open career growth opportunities to all employees regardless of personal relationships."

"Management didn't hold other office personnel accountable for their actions instead they would make excuses for them not getting their work done and putting their work off on someone else, this happened all the time."

"Know what's going on in the office and don't go off hearsay. Make things happen instead of just talking about doing things."
