"Gibson Energy purchased the company that I used to work for. I feel like there is such a huge disconnect between corporate and the field workers that it creates a misunderstanding and unrealistic expectations. My job pays me well, but I work in an office that has no windows and the opportunities for advancement are very little. I have learned a lot about the oil, and gas industry, but this job doesn't challenge me anymore."
