"My boss was relocated so I was laid off."

"None, my bosses were great."

"We had a fun group of people to work with, and the work had variety and challenge. We also got to travel internationally every year to tax conferences (Argentina, Mexico, etc.)."

What don't you like about working at DHL Express?

"The accounting department could not be relied upon for quality information; we had to create our own data at considerable effort. The company lost an enormous amount of money domestically so our jobs could not be termed secure."

"Management structure was good and employees were treated well and with respect in their jobs."

What don't you like about working at DHL Express?

"That it was only a part time job and took several years for full time."

What do you like about working at DHL Express?

"No longer there. Company was great until they bought out Airborne Express. Then things started to change and layoff process began. Slow slide from there to where they are now. It was a great company and they treated their employees with respect. Also got to travel quite frequently as they were big on training managers."

What do you like about working at DHL Express?

"Finding one package that was missing and getting it to the customer made them happy which in turn, made my day!"

"Make sure you have a lot of patience, customers don't care how your day is."

"DHL was a very competitive great company to work for until the recent downsizing. They laid off 90% of their US based employees."

"I love working with people and throughout my career, everyday was different with new challenges."

"The structure of the business was very challenging to apply my previous experience at DHL."

"The people were great. I worked there for 27 years and I was the longest stayed worker."

"This company was bought out by Airborne so I don't have any knowledge after I was laid off."

What don't you like about working at DHL Express?

"Nothing except sometimes the leads wouldn't be very forgiving to the drivers. All around I have nothing really bad to say."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My manager was always very nice to me. I would take care of her needs all day."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As of now the company is only hiring part time work, with no benefits. Due to the downsizing of the work force getting hired only be temporary. The turnover rate is high, but it is a good second job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company is good, but the placement of management was fairly poor. The more experienced supervisors were placed in a position to offer little help to other personnel."

"The ability to be creative which led me to being number one in the country."

"Not much of a presence in the US now so there is not much to offer."

What don't you like about working at DHL Express?

"At the end DHL was purchased by the Duecha Post and things changed for the demise of the company."

"The senior management catered to the unions of Airborne, which led to the closing of many facilities in the US."
