"In order to continue to compete in this industry with UPS and Fedex, DHL must prioritize and restructure its image with 5 years worth of layoffs, it is no wonder you have disgruntled taxpayers and communities."

What do you like about working at DHL Express?

"I loved the management team there. It was like you didn't mind you were undercompensated because you were overcompensated with a quality team all around."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would not recommend due to the uncertainty of the DHL network."

What don't you like about working at DHL Express?

"The massive layoffs. First, the drivers, over 50 drivers with the Airborne merge in Miami alone, then 2 call centers in Miami with 100 employees, then DHL management members, then the sales team downsizing, then the slow downsizing of service centers which affected more jobs, and then the independent contractor's downsizing. Soon the freight will get serviced by U.S. Mail and there will no longer be a need for the local service centers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look into working with UPS or USPS. Things seem to continue to downslope."
