"I love being able to help people fix their issues, it's always great seeing how happy someone is once the issue is fixed. The worst part is usually IT is blamed for everything, but we know how to work with end users to resolve everything."

"The employer did not have enough staff to accommodate many customers."

"More training and hire additional workers to help balance work loads"

"Commute, the way new features are released and the training of reps."

"Do a better job of training support reps and giving them the tools for success."

"The atmosphere, people, general working environment, schedules, in general I felt cared about as an employee."

What don't you like about working at Infospace?

"I did not like that the company expected that you would seek outside training in addition to an average (for me) 50 hour a week graveyard work schedule"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that if updated skill sets are going to be required for a position that there be adequate staffing so that each person can take time (paid) to obtain training or have the trainers come to the company to conduct the training."

"I'm glad it was a contract, I worked 40 hours a week."

"if it's not a Fulltime position, working as a contractor with limited access will stagnate your performance"

"Access issues & the different IT departments didn't work well together"

"Restructure all IT departments, so that everyone is on the same page working for the same purpose"

What do you like about working at CompuCom?

"I don't. I hate this company. Worst employer in the history of mankind."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Skip the interview and give them a middle finger. It's the worst place to work and they will ruin your career and once you negotiate your salary, you will stay at that rate. Forget raises, no matter how hard you work."

What don't you like about working at CompuCom?

"The benefits suck, and always ask their employees are they happy when it's obvious they're not. They hire nothing but drug addicts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a degree in management. Stop working for compucom and go work for NazI Germany's hitler. you guys belong together."

"They bought new technology equipment and were not afraid to spend money."

"Show up on time and dress professionally, know the skill set for the job."

What don't you like about working at University of Texas?

"some of the administration people I supported were nice but some were mean and disrespectful, they know your only a temporary worker, I had higher level people go out of they way to put me down, most of the regular perm positions went to someone related to a current employee, if your father, wife, brother, etc. already worked there you could get perm job, otherwise forget it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat everyone with the same respect, kindness and professionalism, no matter what position they are in."

"Providing support for a Film/Video Game Company is an exciting way to earn a living."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be over qualified for the position you want. I went in to Lucas film as desktop support but prior to that I was doing systems/network administration."

What don't you like about working at Lucasfilm?

"The campus is way too political. It get's in the way of providing the level of support I would like to give."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, my direct manager is an amazing guy. He knows how to rally the troops and gives us the latitude to get the job done right."

"We got our own cubicles and that's about it honestly"

"Don't bother, they're going to go out of Business guaranteed."

What don't you like about working at Clearw're?

"procedures changed throughout the day every day. My Manager was racist. They loaded us with responsibilities in so many areas it was difficult to focus. The Company was backed by heavy hitters, however the product Wi-Max was a fluke. If a customer lived on a flat surface, no tress or hills, no rain and a clear shot at a window, then maybe they would ctch a good signal. The Q.A. personnel were ridiculously critical on us as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time teaching and mentoring than writing people up and firing them."
