"You can do anything you want. Like a circus show!"

"Don't interview at this job. It's a joke like the program planner at Universal City."

"They don't hire enough computer clowns! They can make anything work!"

"Release the clowns! And let them go... hire more Sponge Bob techs!"

"It was what I was interested in doing and I enjoyed my job. A lot of growth."

"Great company to work, and it's a great place to start."
What don't you like about working at Accenture?
"Location changed and it was too far. Affected school and work hours. Instead of being flexible they were very firm with hours."

"Be more flexible, Help set goals to move forward and fairness to teammates."

"This is a great place for a temporary transition, but leave fast!"
What do you like about working at CDS Global?
"No true dress code, not overly formal. Eating at my desk. Complete control over the director's computer without his knowledge. That's about it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is no career growth, benefits are simply health and dental (currently no vision). Pay is salary, unless you're willing to learn how to sell outdated and unsecure products. 401k is not matched. Expect your tenure there to be a short-lived stepping stone to something better."
What don't you like about working at CDS Global?
"No career mobility, no accountability for mistakes by superiors. Legacy employee favortism."

"Learn how to run an office, understand you have to make the decision to be in charge and not be told to."

"The people are great, but that is about it, sadly."

"The people are fine. Don't expect more that they offer in years going forward. Expect to do more than the job offer lists."

"They expect more work for less or no money. When key people leave they do not fill the positions. My team consisted of 3 SAs and 2 desktop support techs and now I am the only support for a large account."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace positions that are important to account stability. Offer internal employees the same wages as someone being hired from the outside into a new position."

"That was the first time I was working for the agency for 18 months long assignment"

"I don't know if there's anybody interviewing with this company yet."

"They could not extend people for longer than 18 months based on state law according to what they've said."

"Hope that they could retain good people & don't have to be constantly recruiting instead..."

"no training at all. IT was a foster child when it came to purchase equipment."

"Management depends on the budget. so allocate more funds for support."

"I like the freedom on how to get your work done, and the pension/401k is nice as well."

"If you are working here try not to get caught up in the attitude of your job is safe, and it doesn't matter if you do a good job or not. Have respect for yourself and do a good job regardless."

"I don't like the insane job security you have here. There are many people who work here that honestly shouldn't be employed."

"Ask the people you hired for their expertise for their expertise in certain aspects. Don't just go ahead and do something without consulting with your staff. Also, don't be afraid to confront an employee who isn't pulling their weight."

"If you're just looking to get in to gain experience then I would go with Apex."

"Wile working for Apex I was a subcontractor for Lockheed Martin. The only time I interacted with Apex was when I was filling out my time card. I do not feel like they care about their employees."

"I would suggest that you have more contact with your employees. Even if you don't care how they are doing, acting like you do can go a long way."

"I thoroughly enjoy helping people. It's a big company so there are a lot of opportunity to help others"
