"Nothing! The company is a total failure! The senior management: CEO, CFO and PMO are the worst employees you can find."

"Don't join this company! It is a total joke and failure!"

"The senior management is a joke: the CEO doesn't know anything about Engineering, the CFO doesn't know anything about finances and the PMO is an ex-military that never worked with Engineering or Projects. It's more than a joke!"

"To fire the CEO, CFO and PMO and replace them by knowledgeable people."

"Fear of losing the job due to unexpected budget cuts."

"Learn a little more about what we do and what in reality is what to be expected."

"Being able to design and engineer often in the capacity of an engineer -but without the degree. People giving me a chance to show them what I can do for them."

"Don't take your quality workers for granted. Protect your knowledgable personnel from going elsewhere."

"Too small. Company culture mimics owner's personality. A disorganized organization. Ineffective leadership."

"I like the type of work performed here, in the defense industry. We build fine Naval Ships."

"Tips for others pursuing the world of contract work would be to outline a schedule, allocate time for work AND play, and stick to that schedule. I feel that this lack of routine is the downfall for many freelancers"

"Working from home is wearing on me mentally and socially. I would like to be on location in a team environment again, think-tank style"

"Too much micromanagement, failing projects, very few advancement opportunities, new challenges are rare, no team ownership of projects but plenty of blame when they fail"

"Stop being all pivot, no product. Choose a vision and stick with it. Trust your teams, they are full of talented and smart people."
