"Get an employment contract. Layoffs are rampant, unexpected and have no rhyme or reason."

"Don't. Unless you are absolutely desperate for a job, run away. And keep in mind that they will treat you like you are desperate for job."

"Management is poorly prepared to handle downturns. Employees are considered expendable at the drop of hat. They run off all of the good people and continually hire newbies who don't know better. The mediocre ones stay, the good ones move on."

"I would recommend leadership training but with the ego's that would have to be tempered, it would only work for a small number of them."

"Great salary until we were all laid off after decades."

"Don't believe anything they tell you. Don't bother getting it in writing either. Have all documents checked by a lawyer and have a witness when signing anything. And keep your resumé updated. You'll likely need it."

"Absolutely no chance for advancement, management routinely second-guessed our work, mistakes are nothing more than a chance to embarrass and harass, not opportunity to learn. New ideas are shot down immediately then re-introduced by managers as their own work."

"Treat your employees as if they knew what they were doing. Because they do. You hired them, now let them do their jobs."

"Trust your employees to move up and take on more responsibility, rather then hiring all new people. Treat your employees with respect - give rewards to those that deserve it."

"Not much, this place is degrading and stagnant. Do not, by any means, work here."

"Stay away as far as you can. Your better off at Burger King, honestly."

"Everything. Long hours, low pay, poor benefits, verbal abuse, and degrading."

"They need to talk to there employees, like humans. Do not yell, rant, degrade or storm out because your entitled and have been handed a business. Your employees are what make it, not your rude, condescending and degrading rants."

"Unless you are a conformist mediocre white male don't plan on being promoted past director level. If you like mindless predefined work and administrators that make all the decisions, this place is for you."

"Those in charge have little to no compassion for there employees or customers, only using them for their own gain and power. Ironically this is wrapped in a new vision claiming to do the opposite."

"The preference for senior and mid level yes men will eventually take you out of the game. Hire smart people and let them tell you what needs to be done. Also, look to other industries for leaders."

"The Boston office was a tight-knit group of extremely qualified individuals. Some of the best people I've ever worked with."

"Zynga is in a significant downturn, so be wary of that. You will be constantly frustrated with the higher-ups in San Francisco. However, individual studio cultures may vary, which could positively affect your decision."

"There was absolutely no confidence in the executive leadership for Zynga as a whole."
