"Benefit package. Do not need to know a lot, no need to think, just work as slave."

What don't you like about working at ASML?

"Based on Moore's law, ASML is going to die in 2016. Right now, company is developing the last generation of lithograph machine. A lot of design engineers already already aware that after this generation of machine, most of them will be laid off."

"No, because management do not knowing what they are doing anyway."

"Wonderful facility with great resources located under one roof."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"Brain and talent drain. Really did not like the contract employee usage. I understood the attractiveness of using purchase services but the overall knowledge drain on the organization was very detrimental."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a longer term focus, and balance the usage of purchase services. Make sure the employees have annual objectives and their compensation is tied to these objectives (performance compensation). Improve fundamentals of the business. Install robust foundation documents and processes to promote systems thinking and process deliverables."
