"Branch out into more areas and spend more resources on failure analysis and root cause."

"I liked my boss. The environment that I had doesn't exist there now."

"They changed corporate direction and forgot about their corporate culture."

"None at this point - the Adaptec I worked for was a billion dollar company - not that which exists today."

"They ran out of funding and I had to find a new job."

What do you like about working at BioScrip?
"At first, it seemed like an World Class Organization. But believe me, after the honeymoon, I would rather be stuck in someHell Dimension in an alternate Universe."
What don't you like about working at BioScrip?
"The management and staff are completely incompetent. They have NO regard for a work/life balance. The IT management is a joke, as they attempt to 'manage' their employees from the home office. If you are not in the social click, your ideas and suggestions are regarded as useless. I would not recommend any software professional, with any years of experience to waste their time at such a useless organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As with the comments in seekingalpha.com and jobvent.com, the whole management team should be fired. They are the most incompetent individuals I have ever experience in my entire technical career."

"Keep charging forward, the economy is turning around."

"It is place to gain much knowledge, but since it's really big company you can gain knowledge about everything."

"It's really a very big company and place for people who really want to learn stuff related to how industry works, how their work flow is divided into, and to generalize it, it is a place for everyone to gain knowledge irrespective of their domains."

"Yeah, you should be very much familiar with the subject and which area of position you are trying to get in."
What don't you like about working at Bharat Heavy Electricals?
"There is nothing specifically I don't like about it, but to specify one reason, ergonomics and some of the human relations are not good."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Even though it's not part of their job, but I would say to interact more with the students coming to know about their company so that they would get really in, though that company works this good and everyone will have a chance to think about working in that company."

"I love building furniture everyday and working with a great general manager."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I advise anyone interviewing that knows a lot about CAD or Design to not apply. To many key elements in the engineering department are not present and which causes friction when a new employee tries to help and set up a system. Its too hard to work when CAD standards and engineering guidelines are not present."
What don't you like about working at Amtrend?
"I do not like that the construction standards are not recorded and that the procedures are not set in stone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that a construction standards are implemented and that a CAD manager is hired. Nothing on that level is organized."
