"The new technology we, the engineers, had created and the team environment we created and was a part of, half of which left in the same month I left."

"Don't!!! Find another place to work, the little money NMT will pay you, isn't worth the pain and dis-satisfaction you'll get in return."

"Management's inability to properly manage a talented group like we had. Micro managing everyone, when management had no-clue or experience running a high-tech engineering team."

"Listen to your experienced people. Threats and the fear of getting fired for speaking up is NOT conducive to a productive teams environment."

"I was forced to do checking and didn't care for it. A waste of my talents."

"nobody is special, only there works make them special."

"know better about your employees,they are a part of the company. if they would be satisfied, would make you satisfied. Time could be ups or down for the company but be human and don't make them feel unsafe, give them a chance to proof themselves."

What do you like about working at Hitachi?
"I was able to do some design modifications. I learned ORCAD PSPICE very well. I did some very productive design and development work. I got some excellent experience there."

"Make sure that there is really a position open that they need to fill."
What don't you like about working at Hitachi?
"I had some lag time inbetween projects that was unproductive. If I went back there, I would push to make sure there was no lag time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please make sure that I have enough work to do. I should always have assigned work. Perhaps there should be due dates that are negotiable if necessary."

"Be aware what you are getting into, ask many questions before accepting position, know what is expected. Management will assign all the blame and none of the credit to you."
