"No work life balance, limited personnel resources to complete all of the projects slated in the time permitted, numerous exective management turnovers."

"Create a clearer vision for products lines and hire adequate staff numbers to complete apps. in reasonable time periods."

"Still thinking on this one. Get back to me in a few decades and I might come up with something."

"Don't sign the non-compete unless you're ready to change careers when you leave AOS or are willing to shell out tens of thousands of dollars to buy your way out."
What don't you like about working at Alexander Open Systems?
"The non-compete, the philosophy of upper management, the way employees that didn't have a last name Alexander were treated, and so on..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Word is spreading around town about your horrible non-compete contract and many talented engineers are staying as far away from you as possible because of it. I suggest you change it so its not so career limiting if an engineer decides to leave AOS."
