"The company vision is why so many people start and stay"
"If you are not part of the boys club forget about moving anywhere. They treat us as if we are only a body to perform the work and could careless about any valid reasons people miss work. Management only cares that your not there and if your mom died they still expect you to come in. Following their own written procedures is non existent. We are not supposed to be in the area sick management sends us in anyway and gets angry when even tell them we are sick."
