4.4I am currently employed as Manufacturing Associate for Dendreon Pharmaceutical, in Union City Georgia. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained in this position make me an ideal candidate for the job of Customer Success Manager.
As a manufacturing Associate, I have developed strong writing and editing skills. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare Antegent called Provenge, which deals with issues related to prostate cancer.
This duty requires meticulous writing and editing skills, weight and counterbalance, attention to detail in a sterile environment, Communication and an ability to convey complex information clearly. I have prepared, and set up dozens of workstations and received praise for the clarity of my work.
I have also gained extensive experience in the military US Airforce 8 years and worked for the City of Atlanta Department of Corrections as a Training Officer for 200 Sworn Jail officers. My experience in these areas has afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with service before self, and high-quality value for the people we serve. In particular, through my work, I am always eager to learn more about my job reading up on these topics on my own time to become more knowledgeable. 2.1If you are not part of the boys club forget about moving anywhere. They treat us as if we are only a body to perform the work and could careless about any valid reasons people miss work. Management only cares that your not there and if your mom died they still expect you to come in. Following their own written procedures is non existent. We are not supposed to be in the area sick management sends us in anyway and gets angry when even tell them we are sick.
