I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained in this position make me an ideal candidate for the job of Customer Success Manager. As a manufacturing Associate, I have developed strong writing and editing skills. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare Antegent called Provenge, which deals with issues related to prostate cancer. "If you are not part of the boys club forget about moving anywhere. They treat us as if we are only a body to perform the work and could careless about any valid reasons people miss work. Management only cares that your not there and if your mom died they still expect you to come in. Following their own written procedures is non existent. We are not supposed to be in the area sick management sends us in anyway and gets angry when even tell them we are sick."
