"I have worked for Dell for over 7 years and it is a great place to work. Due to the size of the organization accomplishing tasks can be a challenge and time consuming. I would recommend Dell to anyone who enjoys the type environment where the pace is slow but resources are abundant."

What don't you like about working at Dell?

"Dell is going through a transition and it has been going through this for 7 or more years. Unfortunately, a large number of execs, that have been brought in, continue to leave shortly thereafter."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on a long term strategy. Stop reorganizing. Give people authority and hold them accountable for delivery."

"Management stinks. No loyalty to people. Teammates are stabbing each other constantly to get ahead. Inappropriate relationships between boss and subordinates are frequent. Repeated failures are tolerated."

"Not being able to obtain needed training to enhance my skill set and be able to better serve the clients. Could not get reimbursement or pre-paid training for Business Analyst courses or SQL."

"I would ensure that ALL employees have tools such as paid training available, so the contractor/FT can obtain skills that could enhance their work performance as well as their skill set."
