"I have worked with Davita for the last year in Deland Florida. The company is extraordinary. Its village mentality is inspiring and the caliber of people is outstanding. The mission for this company is very reflective, to be the best health care partner the world has ever seen. I believe they will be in a very short time. The skills I learned here have prepared me for other positions in the health care field."

"Working with Davita has given me so many opportunities. Located in Santa Ana, California and still growing. Respectful patients and reasonable workers. To keep us updated, the company gives us online classes. Fair with employees and gives us the tools to get the job done. This company is all about safety and professionalism. It has given me the opportunity to be bold and take my job seriously."

"Really a horrible place to try to build a career. I had to threaten to quit to get a promotion I had been doing for more than 2.5 years. After communicating my promotion my director realized that she had made a mistake by not promoting me sooner as the rest of the organization saw me in the position. Now that I've been promoted I'm not allowed to do my role, but I'm currently stuck hand holding people and being excluded at every turn. Good ideas are not encouraged, toeing the company line is."

"During my time at Davita Healthcare Partners I found the company to be very dynamic forward thinking. The people they choose to hire are some of the brightest I have ever worked with. The culture is amazing. They do a great job of instilling the mission in every employee. Davita Healthcare Partners is a great place to work, hands down! I recommend Davita Healthcare Partners without reservation to anyone looking to broaden their skills and knowledge in healthcare."

"I've worked for DaVita for close to 3 years now. As an employee I feel that the pay for the experience that I have is lacking greatly. That withheld DaVita is a good company to work for."

"No integrity. Horrible working conditions. As a leader in the organization, your hands are tied and HR is a joke."

"Davita/Lifeline is the absolute worst place to work, Managers have little or no experience or knowledge of the medical field. All that matters is encounter numbers. Annual bonuses were promised, but never forthcoming. Benefits are terrible, annual raises are a joke.CEO has a monthly salary in excess of 1 million dollars. Do yourself a favor, if you are considering working for Davita/Lifeline, seek employment elsewhere."

"The impression I got from working there that it was more important to maintain a good patient licence than to maintain good patient care. The patients were treated like cattle that had to hurry up and finish their treatment so we could get the next group of patients in to the chairs. There were more meetings about keeping the numbers high rather than the quality of care that the patients were getting. I watched as the new manager, who had no medical background whatsoever, tried more to kiss the ass of administration than take care of her crew. Who by the way, half of them left or quit within six months of her taking over the clinic."

"DaVita is a company that is dedicated to excellence in dialysis care. Their Denver office is beautifully equipped with necessary technology, and they demonstrate care for the environment by providing extensive recycling opportunities. A team environment is essential to DaVita's success, and the company demonstrates its core values in everything they do."

"I've worked for DaVita for 6 years. The company is a great place to work while allowing teammates to grow professionally. They also provide a great balance of work life and home life. They try to create a family life while you are at work. It is important to them to provide a strong team relationship while at work. If you provide your time and energy into the company and show your effort they provide you with opportunity and reward."

"This is a high demand job that struggles with change. Its a very hard and emotionally draining position and doesn't pay well. It takes strong people that's in it for the patients and not just for the money because that's what it takes to do the job, a heart."

"Horrible experience. There over a year and saw RNs forced out, HR is corrupt and ineffective. Leaders are kept out of the loop and secretaries are running the show at most clinics. They churn and burn managers at the rate of about 1 per year."
