I enjoy the environment in the Pharmacy when there is low work-load; and, the best part of working in Pharmacy is when majority of employees are working together to finish pending works. "Budgeting of hours in unrealistic amounts to meet the demands."

"Trim the fat at corporate to allow stores to have a better payroll structure. Stop spreading payroll and balance it with appropriate time frames."
