"I worked at Cvs Pharmacy since approximately last 2 years. I love working because I meet new customers daily, and make new friends. I enjoy the environment in the Pharmacy when there is low work-load; and, the best part of working in Pharmacy is when majority of employees are working together to finish pending works. I love helping customers and getting positive feedback for myself."

"Be yourself and trust your ablility. Be on time to your interview."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I dislike the fact that people do not work as a team and the bad company politics. I especially those who act fake at CVS Pharmacy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that CVS Pharmacy opens their communication lines for empolyees who have a hard time. Also, be fair with others, and discipline those who do not follow company guidelines."

What do you like about working at CVS?

"I liked working with friendly patients and assisting the pharmacist in the best ways I knew how."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I don't like getting blamed for things that are out of my control. For example, several sick patients would express their anger our on my whenever there was a delay in their medication being prepared on time. In these situations I found myself helpless because I could not speed up the process and clear prior authorizations considering I am not an MD and have no power to do it myself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Organization is key to running a successful pharmacy. When everybody does their job 110% there is less room for error and chaos during busy hours."
