"The team was wonderfull and helping patients with valuable donor tissue was excellent. Unfortunately I knew they were not succeeding and did end up selling that branch. I was hoping to grow in management experience and to make a little more elsewhere before I could have been let go by new management."
What don't you like about working at American Red Cross?
"The only thing I regret about leaving the American Red Cross is I was offered a management position at Kinetic Concepts Inc. and needed to leave the Red Cross 1 month before deserving a life time pension of at least $1000 every month. Unfortunately, Kinetic Concepts Inc. took too much of my time away from my family so I needed to leave them and go to Phygen, LLC."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep a responsible team, manage accounts payable/receivable appropriately and promote sales as aggressively as possible without paying too much in the effort."

"this was an ok job but like all other things houseing it come to an end fast"

"the opportunity to work on housing tracks and learning new things in aspect to the job,and things I didn't know"

"State Farm is a great company that cares about their employees, agents, and policy holders."
What do you like about working at State Farm Insurance?
"State Farm worked hard to make our department as fun and at home as possible. We would have a department meeting at the beginning of every shift and team building exercises."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The auto growth call center department no longer exists, so it would not be possible to interview for it."
What don't you like about working at State Farm Insurance?
"I worked in the auto growth call center department. Because we were a new department, we did not have all of these tools needed to perform our daily tasks adequately."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue going in the direction you were already going. Even though the actual work was stressful, management made it a warm environment."

"The management should be trained to do the work of the subordinates in order to judge them."

"Great place to work, it's a place where people really understand that things happen to real people, everyone is rather nice to work with."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"I believe in change but sometimes I think that if things are given just a little more time to mature, then the outcome would be a better result instead of changing things repeatedly."

"To be more involved with there Sales Teams, provide more ways to help success from all team members."

"I love interacting with people. I like the fact that a lot of my customers refer future customers to me."

"Everyone really needs to understands that working every weekend and every holiday is mandatory. The co workers are great"

"Working every weekend and every holiday can become hard sometimes. This is the only problem I have here."

"The managers of my store is great. She really sets the example of the owners."
