"Just make sure you dont have plans for the first year of working there cause it will be hard to get off."

"The one thing I didnt like was that it was hard to take time off if I needed it. It was hard to even take a half day cause no one would want to cover my shift. I would have to put in all the days I want for the year and submit at one time in order to take the time off."

"Hire more people so that employees times can be a little more flexible."

"At anytime your job may move to a different city or location. Relocation did not always work for me. Now that I am retired, I'm ok."

"For anyone applying to work with ATT Wireless I would stress the importance of understanding the need to be competitive, a team player, and value both customers and coworkers."

"I didn't like the union presence in our workplace as I felt that it was at odds with employee work ethic."

"Really flexible scheduling to work around my college classes, cool work with a variety of different clients and industries"

"Be prepared to talk about your customer service experience, why the work is important, and your career plans."
What don't you like about working at Continental Message Solution?
"Pretty low starting pay, lots of room to move up but you really have to make a name for yourself and stand out from the crowd. Difficult if you just show up and do your job."

"Place more emphasis on the agents and trust younger employees more"

"Seriously the only thing I like are the select few employees that make it worth while and making a difference I'm the lives of those with Diabetes. Upper management are all friends that grew up together and Ned a whopping reality check/training on harrasment and leadership. The corporate training manager knows how to treat employees more like humans unlike them and its a shame..."

"Run for your life! It's not worth the pay!! OK as a between job to get experience I guess..."
What don't you like about working at Neighborhood Diabetes?
"They all grew up together and all have presented trainings they should of sat in for themselves. Neighborhood would actually thrive without these fools...Insulet corporation recently acquired us and we hope they phase all of them out..."

"Give equal amount of attention to each department and don't let team leads run the show so as a a manager I wouldn't have to do much. I would make sure every one would do their part and not just pass the Buck..."

"My likes are: they promote from within, incentive bonuses, flexible schedules, and values and morals."

"I dislike the constantly changing expectations on employees, and constantly changing managers in the department."
