"Run, run like the wind...in the other direction. This company will likely come back but at the moment, is floundering under the recent change in direction. If they can get it together...it could be something good. Just not seeing it in the immediate future."
What don't you like about working at Mitel Networks?
"By continually cutting the Sales and Operations personnel each quarter since 2008, Customer satisfaction is impossible to maintain. While the remaining staff is feeling overwhelmed and defeated, the Customers are the ones who really suffer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would not have cut the Sales and Operations divisions to the quick just to make wall street numbers look good."

"I enjoyed the various types of accounts at this company; there was never a dull moment."

"This is an incredible learning experience for anyone with an open mind to learn. It's a bit of every field out there."
What don't you like about working at Maersk?
"They moved to Chino and Mira Loma when I was unable to make moves."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give more training to your employees and possibly give them more updates on how the company is moving forward."

"The freedom to make important decisions and set my own schedule. As well as dealing with customers"

"To be patient with the owner and learn all you can from him because he has been in construction for over 40 years"

"There are no benefits, health, dental, etc... And sometimes we don't have work."

"Try to expand into different areas of the painting industry."

"At first it was great. Local walmart has too many issues."

"Be honest, and keep things short. If it can be answered in 2 words dont use 10."

"Management does not know how to do there job, nor do they know polices or rules."

"Learn there jobs. and policies. and know when to use them."

"Working with clients and managing several tellers. Promoted and trained quality customer service."

"I was only there for six months. Enjoyed every minute of time there."

"None. Downey Savings had a great training program in place for their managers and associates."

"The staff members are great people to work with each day."

"Be careful what you ask for and what you are willing to accept. Know your needs and know what the company is requiring in some detail."
What don't you like about working at Flying Food Group?
"The worst part for me is the lack of support and the uncertainty of employment."

"Set up a training program and an entry process for new hires or prospective new hires."
What do you like about working at Welvie?
"I love working for a company thats primary mission is to help people and potentially save lives. Welvie just recently contracted with Aetna and it is exciting to be part of a growing company in an emerging market."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Although the company is still relatively small it has beaten the odds. The fact that Welvie a small start-up company is now available to Aetnas full membership is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the small number of employees. I would say be passionate about what you bring to the table and show real enthusiasm."
What don't you like about working at Welvie?
"Because Welvie is a web based company my fellow employees reside all over the country. I miss the feeling of a traditional office work environment."

"I have worked for the company for just under 3 years now and the leadership team does a great job, they have high expectations but if you are passionate and excited about working for Welvie you will feel right at home."
What do you like about working at APM Terminals?
"Working with well trained people within a well organized company."

"Very structured. Nearly military minded management. Always communicate your needs and your accomplishments."
What don't you like about working at APM Terminals?
"A bit too much bureaucracy. Difficult to hold labor to a performance level."

"Trust your peers. Trust your subordinates. Push labor to greater efficiency."
