"Not enough resources: IT support, short staffed and constant overtime for front line staff"

"Hire 1 full-time agent and 1 half-time agent; provide flexible work hours or work at home options in order to enter all orders at peak volumes"

"Make sure you fully negotiate compensation and benefits in advance. if you don't need health insurance or aren't interested in mobility then you'll be fine."

"No benefits, no mobility, no vacation, no stability, not all of my work was compensated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None....I wish them well in their future efforts. I guess I would suggest the if the are serious about being in the US market they need to commit to it fully."

"The products and the line of work were fun and fast paced."

"Be prepared to deal with unrealistic company policies that result in hostile customers. Also be prepared to never receive a pay raise, merit increase, or any future growth."

"There was no room for advancement nor did anyone receive merit increases."

"Management (the owner) should spend more money on the facility and on the employees."
