"The company is open to ideas and change so I feel like I'm contributing to making this a better place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You have to be a positive person that has no tolerance for negative attitudes, you need to be a quick learner as training is very minimal here (more hands on after you're thrown into it), and you need ask for help when needed."

What don't you like about working at Mangrove Employer Services?

"There are some people that are really negative (naturally for no reason) and it tends to rub off on others. I wish they'd leave if they weren't happy here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to pass projects on to your staff instead of keeping a lot of the workload. This will allow you the time to manage and it will give us the opportunity to show that you can trust us."

"It offered a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. Also working a steady shift Monday through Friday was nice as well."

"Be up-beat and optomistic. Also, if offered the job be puntual. They let a lot of people go due to attendance."

What don't you like about working at Assurant?

"They had just started to cross train new hires to handle Hazard and Loss draft calls, however they did not train us well enough for the Loss draft portion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Expand your Loss Draft Department. Loss draft specialists are the only ones who can handle certain issues. So, instead off croos training people with limited access to certain things, why no expand the department"

What do you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"I loved the amount of overtime available in this company. The sky was the limit and the more ambitious you are, the more you were paid."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run! This position is not worth the aggravation. The base pay is weak, there are mandatory hours sometimes exceeding two in overtime, and the resources are very scattered."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"The base pay of this position for all of the necessary job functions and mandatory hours was very weak. Unless you were working overtime, it is difficult to make decent money. Also the job functions were very scattered and broad and in-specific. There were tools to help but sometimes even they were not specific. Finding necessary information was difficult in this position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please hire kinder and more supportive supervisor staff. You are pretty much framed to a wall for so much as asking a question here."
