"They had just started to cross train new hires to handle Hazard and Loss draft calls, however they did not train us well enough for the Loss draft portion."

"Expand your Loss Draft Department. Loss draft specialists are the only ones who can handle certain issues. So, instead off croos training people with limited access to certain things, why no expand the department"
