What do you like about working at NetEffect Services?
"At first, it was fun. I was promised things to make me work harder. I brought in business, worked with clients, and helped solve project management problems. In the long run, my hard work was never paid for, and I was told instead to look for another job when I asked for a raise."

"Keep looking. The company has no business offering people jobs. You'll be promised the dream job but you'll get a night mare in return."
What don't you like about working at NetEffect Services?
"I took a position that was presented to me as a director role with the ability to grow and take on more responsibility. I was given an entry level job, no project ownership, constant directional changes, low pay, no bonuses (which were promised) no benefits, and the broken promise that when the company made more money, I would as well. The company landed huge projects, and instead of a raise, I was fired.Instead of getting up to date software, I was asked to download the software illegally. Then commended for it once I had done it.Not being able to work from home. I was able to do my job completely remote, yet I wasn't allowed to.You either have to pay for parking or you have to walk 1/2 mile across a bridge to park. It's nice during the spring and fall, but winter and summer are terrible. The CEO is only interested in himself. I showed a guy I worked with something, and he interrupted to let the guy know I showed him that. The company claims to offer the best analytics around, yet it's full of wholes and problems that aren't found out until later. They would prefer template sites as opposed to custom designed versions.I was told for 6 months that I would be getting health insurance through the company. That never happened. I got sick, had to go to the doctor, had to pay $300 out of my pocket, and in return they took a vacation day away. I got 9 for an entire year."

"Owner was directionless, panicked, and short tempered. He often spoke to employees menacingly and unprofessionally, rarely followed through on promises, and generally created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere."
