"if you like working for a mismanaged organization with bad communication skills, and no project management in the heart of camden then sign yourself up."

"no room for growth, no one to learn from. no real communication. the benifits are bottom of the barrel, most employess are under paid,"

"The experience I gained with CCRadio was invaluable and my first foray into creative direction"
What do you like about working at Clear Channel?
"Because of my position as creative director, it allowed me to take complete ownership of the 6 station cluster I managed and gave me the opportunity to learn from my station's program directors; all of who had years of experience in radio, many of whom came from bigger markets. It provided me with the insight I needed to be effective in communicating the vision we had for improving our brand and connecting with our listeners in ways we hadn't done before. Having the opportunity to work with Artists and other entertainers certainly added to my overall experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I can't say there is anything I would recommend, the management I worked for was first rate."

"I started at Red Dust as a writer and moved to Creative Director in a couple months."
What do you like about working at Studio Red Dust?
"I loved the people and environment of Red Dust Studios. I personally thrived with the leadship roles and had complete freedom in creating the written aspects of the game. It was wonderful."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I under this question now that I see it applied again. The answer is no, not really."
What don't you like about working at Studio Red Dust?
"The Founders were odd in detailing the company goals and methods. There was great inconsistancy in their methods of operation."

"Better critical thinking when it comes to big decisions and better follow-up on those decisions."

"For now the owner just runs the company when she has projects I dont think there will be more interviews."
What don't you like about working at A3K Advertising?
"When it ended! The pressure for sales when I wasnt supposed to be focusing all on sales."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing - other than when you take 1/2 the company's profit by working for a client try and make sure there is enough business to carry on a new employee longer than 8 months."

"Opportunity to produce commercials, having the personnel support, the latest equipment and the freedom to create freely."

"Have a strong portfolio, be yourself, approach with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. Don't get discouraged. Be persistent."

"Because of the nature of the business, the culture was understandably much more sales-driven than creative."

"Focus on improving customer service. Pay attention to the employees. Encourage a fair and productive work environment."

"I don't like roadblocks to corporate development, and working in a retail environment."

"Be ready to put in to it what you want to get out of it."

"There is really not a whole lot of room to complain about my time with Greene Studios."

"I was my own supervisor and I appreciated Mr. Greene allowing me to take control of most jobs."

"I had 7 bosses in 5 yrs. Each one wanted to start the dept from scratch."

"I enjoyed working in the fine art industry and enjoyed my (somewhat limited) creative management."
