"While the work is fast-paced, challenging, and will help you grow professionally if you're younger, it is also very frustrating to constantly have to think outside the box, although having a strong team to back you can make it easier. The workload can be a lot week-by-week and there are many times where I've easily worked 60+ hours, but at the end of it all it's very fulfilling to get a campaign off the ground and see it become successful."
