"That the company collapsed after 911. It was a great job."

"The collapse of the company had nothing to do with management, it was the collapse of the economy. No suggestions for management. They were great."

"Product we created and the staff were excellent and I learned a lot in many ways."

"The company was a classic dot com burn out. They could not sustain the company since they weren't selling anything."
What don't you like about working at Paradigm Investment Services?
"It's bankrupt- has been since 2001. The company does not exist."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Next time, charge for product. They did not charge some very big clients."
What do you like about working at A3 IT Solutions?
"Telecommuting was a huge benefit. The casual atmosphere helped the creative spirit. ideas were always welcome."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The people are great. The owners really do care for you, but the top will not relinquish any power and is never there. There is no leadership from the top, as they are never there. I saw the managing partner only twice the last 3 months I was there. Unless you know for sure there is plenty of signed contracts for projects don't go to work for them."
What don't you like about working at A3 IT Solutions?
"they paid no attention to the bottom line and pandered to clients demands of time and money. It is important to listen and guide clients for the best direction of them and the company. Too many times A3 would except conditions that could not be met or afforded, therefore losing money of many projects. The management was always promising to change but never did under the guise of costs when it actually cost more to continue as it was."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend more time at and with the business. Show leadership. Follow through on promises. Be aware of what was really happening."

"Great independence and creative opportunities for a variety of clients, big and small. Great breadth and mix of clientele."

"Limited growth and stagnation, hampered by location and network of clients."

"Everyday was exciting and kept me on my toes. I love thought process that went into each and every client. I love making clients feel rewarded after final pieces was presented."

"Be yourself - You will only hurt yourself and the company if you are not being who you really are. In the long run, it will show who you really are and if you are really fit for the position. Their are tons of jobs who are looking for your exact qualifications, you just have find them."
What don't you like about working at Dorsey and Dorsey?
"Doing it all by myself at times was the most difficult part. I had small budgets so at times I couldn't pay people what they are worth as I would have loved to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Building the proper team who possess more if not same type of love for the business and growth. This way you don't feel like your at work all the time but cooperatively working in almost a social gathering."

"Great place with great clients. In the end, I just needed to make a move."
What do you like about working at Eleven?
"The people, and the clients where very fun and cool. We had a great space and we had lots of fun."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared. It's a great office, but I can see how some would find their interoffice relationships strange. I personally loved it, but I can see how others would not."
What don't you like about working at Eleven?
"Very low PTO, and profits weren't there, so my profit sharing wasn't there. My low salary had been taken on making 50% of 30% of company net profits, but the first year I was there, we were 30k in the hole."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More PTO, and take off the regular holidays. And stay strong, you're going to make it back to black."
