"I’ve worked for CSC since April of 2019. Management is friendly, encouraging, and laid back. Overall, I have had a positive experience with CSC and how they treat their employees. The biggest downfall is cold calling prospects and getting yelled at on a daily basis by clients. CSC provides unlimited commission and great health benefits including 12 paid weeks of maternity leave."

"I've worked for Computer Sciences Corporation for about 15 years. The hours were long, but the pay was quite good, and I had a bit of freedom in what I did. However there was little room for advancement, and there wasn't much opportunity for training and the like. Also, there seldom seemed to be enough people to reach in the event of an issue, complicating things."

"This company is the worst to work for in the DC area. As a sub contractor, CSC is asking soon-to-be employed workers to switch to CSC and take up to 30% pay cut. The managers do not care about their employees nor do they care about the client (I do not feel bad because the client is not too bright.)."

"I had an unscrupulous government Branch Manager convince CSC management to remove me from the team, based on lies, and the CSC management ended up doing the same thing, lying about circumstances, only to "please" a government Branch Manager that was not trusted much with other government employees as well. Not sure why CSC management (Task Manager and her manager) had to be so "diplomatically nasty" about the situation. I found out that both managers were let go not long after that though. I had a very good relationship with the CSC Task Manager who initially hired me, but then he was "butting heads" with the government Branch Manager, and was later replaced with the other managers, that seemed to want to please the corrupt Branch Manager. But original Task Manager remained at CSC, but in a different role."

"The pay was very good. However, the management culture was old school and very conservative with regard to minorities indigenous to the US (i.e., they will tolerate you, just don't speak up about anything related to discrimination, or incompetent managers, etc.). They hire and retain those that tow the line with a healthy disregard for any talent that wants to bring positive change. I am not saying everyone was this way, but for sure, the majority of those with whom I had contact with at the management level."
