The decrease is due to the fact they were victims of a Reduction In Force (RIF'd) or forced to find another job because they were the most experienced, most knowledgeable and highly compensated employees. The company has lost several great people and as a result lost the knowledge and experience that made this company great so many years ago. Today, it is a shell of its former self. Top management is more concerned with the price of the stock and satisfying the stockholders. They do not care about the employees! I do not know how they will be able to fulfill their contracts with their customers."
