"Not the same as advertised by the contract company. Company leaders implementing bad policies affecting people around the world and not fully realizing the impact those policies have."

"Be aware that things are not as great as the contractors may make it seem. And verify with your interviewer all offered amounts the contract company tells you before accepting the position."

"The fact that the major leaders are forgetting about their employees and trying to make things more difficult for the employees to do their jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop taking away tools and process the a 24/7 company needs and placing access to them on an 8 am to 5 pm basis."

"The pay is ok. The hours are not too bad."

"Go somewhere else. This is a dead end company, impossible to work hard and get anything out of it promotion wise."

"Micro management out the butt. Every second is watched. Poor training, unreasonable expectations, under staffed."

"Less pressure, more project/goal based, better efficiency, less bureaucratic."
