What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"Sometimes it was difficult to get time off for family. You were sometimes penalized for things out of your control."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think the management should listen to the employees that are closer to the problems occuring in the field."

"The company is progressive and employee focused. The health and fringe benefits are fantastic!"

"Be clear and concise with your answers and offer as much information as possible"

"Compensation could be a little better. Working during the winter months is a little rough."

"None. Management does a wonderful job. They stay focused on the employees."
