"At Comcast, I learned many troubleshooting and problem techniques and also how to work with customers. I enjoyed the opportunity for self motivated work as well as meeting the daily demands."

"The communications between the communications technicians and the dispatchers at times were very unorganized at times. However, most of the time, the jobs and communication went well and the tasks were performed."

"The company and support I got working with the people and the company in a whole."

"None good company to work for and with as far as I have seen when I was there"
What don't you like about working at ManTech?
"Nothing I felt that there isa noting I could say that was unlikeable about that company"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up the good work and keeping the people happy and working in a good place"

"The actual work involved with the job was great, being able to help people solve their problems and fix their issues with the service they are supposed to receive."

"You would have to be a person that is able to just be an employee, that is a Yes man."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"The leadership in place was not very good in my opinion, they all seemed to just be in place to allow the corporate heads make changes without giving them feed back to how it affects the techs job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be willing to put yourself out there and let the person above you know that all ideas are not good ideas"

"Just be yourself and be enthusiastic about working for the number one cable company in Atlanta, Georgia."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"The pay can be better for the environment that you have to work in, especially climbing electric poles and having to fix cable problems next to live current."

"Management was always available when ever needed so at the moment, there are no suggestions."

"Take a job that you are qualified for and not one that you overqualified for."
