"I have nothing bad to say about my previous employer, I learned everything there is to know about sales/marketing, especially sales. I was given all the tools and training to become successful in my department. I was able to shadow professionals, including some of the company's leaders and was able to visit accounts and make sales on my own. I worked in a team environment and individually and enjoyed the combination. I experienced diversity and a very challenging environment which was perfect."

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"This is the number one brand in the world."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Seriously consider taking a job with this company. Great product and incredible packages and brands but the employees are treated terrible. I have not met many that are happy or not looking for a job. The company seems to be happy with having a revolving door. Also the jobs don't take much thought so having employees come and go does not seem to cause any setbacks or costs."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"The company has a factory mentality. Employees are treated less than equal. The bottle seems to have more rights then the company employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company needs to go about business differently. Customer service needs improvement and older management style of factory to business needs improvement."

"What I liked about Coca Cola was the fact that I worked for them prior in years and I felt it was a strong company to work for even though what I did find out the second time around in the years the company did change so much. I was not as happy as I was the first time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask more questions."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"There is no longer growth within the company. There is no room for advancement in the company in the way they have the satellite companies set up. Once you have a position that is where you may remain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the employees more openly. Employee longevity shouldn't be a factor In making the best decisions for the company. I think track records are better measurements when making policy changes."
