"The integrity of some employees (Large Store Area Sales Manager) leaves a lot to be desired. They tell you working hours are 7 am-3 pm but 4 days out of 5 you work to 5 pm. And on weekends your company phone has to be on. You might be working up to 18 hours unpaid per week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest the company get a new area sales manager for large stores."
