"I liked the fact that all of the different departments worked together as one cohesive unit to take care of the customers' product in a timely manner. Management always made sure that the employees were rewarded MONTHLY FOR THEIR PERFORMANCES."

"Rehire me so that I can help you return to your past Glory."

What don't you like about working at Circuit City?

"I did not like the fact that we were limited in the amount we could charge those handling our deliveries for damages to the product."

"Trust in the management talent that you had ( like myself) before you brought in the outside directors and Managers from Best buy who came with big ideals that never materialized to anything constructive; but caused the overall downfall of the company."

"Look closely at the company. Be skeptical to what upper management says. I started looking for another job in just 3 months after starting."

What do you like about working at Circuit City?

"I really can't say enough good things about my time at Circuit City! The thing I liked best about this job was something I rarely see these days and that is all the managers put their faith, and trust in us to do our jobs. They didn't hover over our shoulders. They gave us the training we needed and trusted us to do our job from there. Our store was a Store of Distinction and for good reason! Our team put the customers FIRST. We went out of our way to make their shopping experience great and made sure they remembered our store and wanted to come back again! I am still saddened Circuit City went bankrupt. It was a great place to work during the time I was there and would have highly recommended it to anyone looking for a job. It was the best job I ever had and I wish I still had it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Because Circuit City is bankrupt this question is hard to answer specificallly but the best advice I can give to anyone truly wanting a certain position is to be yourself. Go into the interview and show your passion for the job you're applying for. I did, and that's how I got my job at Circuit City. They were so impressed they hired me at the end of the interview the day I went in to interview."

What don't you like about working at Circuit City?

"There really weren't many minuses to working at Circuit City. I know that may seem a bit unrealistic but it was the truth. My store had great management and they were always on our side and always there when we needed them. They listened to us and gave us everything we needed to do our jobs so I truly cannot think of a minus to having worked at the Circuit City location I did."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If any of our store's former management team is reading this, the only suggestion I could possibly have made is I wish they'd been able to find the hours and a place for those of us who truly worked and wanted to be able to stay working at that location to be able to do so. I would have gladly, no questions asked, stayed with Circuit City until the bankruptcy if they could have worked out some way for myself and the others who truly worked hard to show they wanted to be there to be able to stay. You guys were a phenomenal management team and I cannot thank you enough for making our store the great place it was to work!"

"This was actually a Verizonwireless position located within a Circuit City. Resonable level of customer interaction, building raporte with Circuit City management. Independently responsible for facility and staff."

"Stay focused on identifying client's wants, developing an awareness their needs and the potential benefits of solutions based offerings!"

"Lower volume of traffic! Facility has since closed."
