"management should always monitor their employer and there performance for the management to be able to upgrade there skills in the particular area they are specialize on and the require skills they needed to perform there duty and other area need by the management."

"Decent stepping stone.. Don't expect a career."

What don't you like about working at Circuit City?

"The Management. Only cared about numbers, not usually the customers. I even brought my father in to buy a bunch of equiptment. He purchased from the GM. After the purchase, he had some questions, the GM never returned his calls.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at your customers as humans with need. Guide them to what they want, not what you THINK they need."
