"I never worked at the Corporate Office, I was on the Sales Team, Customer Service, Technical Sales Support, and Training. I really like working for Circuit because of day-to-day challenges with pre-sale qualifications and post-sales training and managenment of different consumer electronics. The experience was instrumental in mastering leadership and people's skill and my foundation of technical knowledge. The experience prepared me to deal with high pressure and fast pace projects that requires dealing customers and fulfilling their dreams."

"I liked to work there cause I was a laid back work place, but there were always problems that came out of nowhere every day."

"You need to tighten up the way things were ran and not slack off on things that need to be done ASAP."

"Listen to your employees. Attempt to address major concerns and there will be less problems. If you run your team strictly by numbers generated rather than finding out the true nature you will fail every time. Have confidence in your workers."
