"I was there for 22 years, I though I would be there until I retired. I loved it there. If they had not closed the HealthCare Centers I would still be there."

"Watch the bottom line carefully. Don't let the company outgrow itself."

"None, not sure they are still around here in Charlotte, especially for the call center."

"The way that schedules were set up."

"CIGNA is based out of CT which limits job growth unless relocation is acceptable."

"The people were a pleasure to work with. The job function was very challenging and rewarding."

"Very large company based in CT/PA. Most growth opportunities require relocation. As with most large companies, many decisions based at corporate without regard for the local issues."

"Constant turnover of management, however, this goes with the industry."
