"As a proven leader with experience and a solid background, looking to gain valuable experience as a project manager. While on Career Builder, I came across the Project Manager position. Completing my undergrad at CMU and my professional work experience aligns well with the qualification that a company is looking for. I'm certain that I would be an asset to the organization. With more than 8 years of leadership and 6 years of fleet/staff management, I was a top performer at several locations. Majority of my career has been in the rental cars industry dealing with travelers and accounts at airport locations. I'm great with time and resource management, with an advance understanding early supply involvement and spreadsheet analysis. As a top sales person in the rental car industry, I grew substantially as a professional and as a manager. By passing the MQI (Enterprise's management qualifying interview test), I was promoted into management and then became the driving engine behind a under-performing Pierson road location (Flint MI.), that lead the area in total revenue for a few months. During my campaign with Avis/Budget group. My daily task included fleet management , driven by sales performance. In addition to my work experience and self qualities, I have a solid education and a passion to achieve new goals. I'm excited about the position and opportunity contribute to the success of the company. Please review my attached resume for additional details regarding my experience and career achievements, thanks for the time and consideration. Sincerely, Chauncey Bryant "2020""

"Excellent place to work. Good managers and the owner himself is a kind and caring person. The pay is not bad, you have to work hard to make things work for both of you. Location is good as well, there isn't a lot of foot traffic, however we do get a lot of phone calls and internet leads."

"Great company to work for, who keeps there customers close to heart and employees closer. Always looking for ways to thrive and give back to the community, whether its a toys for tots drive, sponsorship for the boys and girls club or hosting a foster event for brother wolf a local animal shelter. Sunshine Chevrolet can help you build character, get involved with the community and become laser focused to achieve your goals. Great team atmosphere that encourages you to put the customer first so that their experience is top notch from beginning to end. We are passionate about what we do and how we are portrayed."
"I worked for Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for just about a year. In that year, I learned a lot of things about the automotive industry, and sales in general. While I had a few managers that were willing to mentor and teach me, most of the managers on site are unhelpful and at out right combative at times. This wouldn't be a huge issue in a larger environment with plenty of standard workforce, but it can be an issue in an environment where you have nearly as many managers as you do workforce..."
