"I don't like the high revolving door, and the constent threats of losing our jobs."

"Management stop picking favorites because they buy you lunch and other stuff, and stay longer then 4-6 months"

"GM went though BK and our store was one of which was closed because of the size of market"

"Be sure to have franchise complete approval in running a dealership"

"Be honest with yourself. If you are honest with yourself, the company will always find honesty within you. Recognize your faults, and work on them."

"There is not a chance of advancement. I would like to progress my career further."

"Trust in your people. Micro-managing can lead to bad practices. If you hire the right people, then you can trust they will do the right work. Coach and Lead, don't threaten and destroy."
