While I had a few managers that were willing to mentor and teach me, most of the managers on site are unhelpful and at out right combative at times. This wouldn't be a huge issue in a larger environment with plenty of standard workforce, but it can be an issue in an environment where you have nearly as many managers as you do workforce..."
