"The only tip I have is to just be yourself, as Capital One hires for your ability to fulfill your position with no discrimination of any kind."
What don't you like about working at Capital One?
"I did not like to be given a time to quit. I just loved working around the clock. When you work for a place that was so comfortable it seemed that you just don't mind working until all hours. I guess this was my downside, not the company's fault."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would like to have suggested that management give us a tad bit more privacy in regards to our workspace. We had cubicles which were half glass and half material. I was distracted at times by my fellow co-workers congregating at a neighboring cubicle, sometimes making it difficult to fully understand a conversation with a client on the phone. It happens in all environments, I understand, but I can't find anything that I would take up with management, as they had all areas covered very well."
