"It is a chilled environment, with not great pay, but you will enjoy the work environment. Make sure to be active and work above your salary to succeed."

What don't you like about working at Capital One?

"I dislike less pay. Unfortunately they do not sponsor the H1b visa for the finance division."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the great recognition programs, employee fun days, and employee engagement. But make sure to utilize the employees at full capacity - I see so many people sitting there and doing nothing."
