"It was the most stressful, unsatisfying job I ever had, the co-workers are great but the customers and management are terrible and rude and obnoxious, but it is good experience if you can put up with everything else."

"To actually promote people based on their work, and not on how much a supervisor likes someone. I saw many promotions of people who were unqualified move up b/c they were liked by someone."

"The cutting edge technology that I work with each day. My job is to deal with mainly uncharted territory and I do R&D as well as deployment."

"The pay could be much better based on what is expected and what is produced."

"What I liked about Cablevision is that you received a route in the morning and it was your job to complete it. So you had to plan your jobs to meet your day's work, and every day was never the same experience with troubleshooting."

"Yes, dress for success and be where you need to be on time."

"Only thing I didn't like was last minute info on going out of state to help other cablevision shops; it wasn't enough time for me to set up day care."

"Keep me informed of possible changes coming down the pipe before it happens."
