"I've worked for them since 2009. The initial training is excellent which gradually lead into enhancement training by the vets there. Customer service is hard work and over time is better. They would seem to need a relaxed atmosphere for the difficult customers that we support. Business casual environment. Promotions are based specifically in your current position track.
