What do you like about working at GeoArm?
"I work with a great group of people that I would consider to be my friends, even out of the work environment. I get freedom to make decisions and likewise feel like I can grow with this very intellectual company."

"Job openings are scarce and when there are openings there are hundreds of applications that are dissected. They always call your previous employer and make you take a drug/background test prior to employment."
What don't you like about working at GeoArm?
"Sometimes you have to deal with clients who think the world revolves around them."

"Keep motivating us to overperform and we will turn in the results as we have been consistently doing."

"You have the ability to sell the way that works best for you and they have uncapped commissions."

"Let them know that you can work on your own and do not require micromanaging. Also it is a very religious office."

"Upon on boarding with the companies office being located all over the us, they was no set training which made for a very difficult ramp up period."

"Prior to new employees first day create a training schedule for on boarding. There were often times where new employees were sitting around doing nothing for weeks at a time."

"Frequent changes in the direction of the company and in management. Confusing product line after merger."

"None. The company has been acquired by another. When I worked there, management was good."

"Important sector with great people at most levels. If technology and product was solid, we could have made a real difference."

"Unless you are interviewing for the CEO's position, I'd concentrate on any other opportunities you might have."

"It was difficult to sell a solution which did not work, so it became a daily ethical challenge to increase numbers without crossing the line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Unfortunately, the only suggestion which might make a difference would be if the CEO fired himself or otherwise removed himself from his role. He foolishly chased residential and commercial business models which never made sense to anyone who was seriously involved. They've happened on the only realistic option of coupling the technology an attractive fuel source/utility, but I wouldn't trust the current executive management to navigate this future any better than they did the past."

"Quality people, great support staff, great facilities, great customers, and working in NH"

"Be aware that products are not US made and most of the customers are aware that there will be issues with security, import, and export."

"Foreign ownership with inferior product and no sense of how to do business in the US"

"None really, but develop US products for the US market with US designs"

"The fellow BDR's I worked with. Also the training was helpful. You were able to learn about complex technical systems."

"As long as you can hold a conversation and say that you enjoy sales, you will be hired,."
What don't you like about working at N(3)?
"There is no growth. This is a call center environment, they say that it is not but it is a call center. You are just a number to produce. You will be let go if you don't achieve your goals with no warning. Also the constant fear of not knowing and not being able to trust your upper level management for guidance."

"Treat your employees better. Also don't take on what you can not handle."

"Be willing to do what's asked of you and you will go far in the organization"

"After about a year, the focus changed on how we promoted the benefit of a credit union and it became too cut-throat"

"Decide on a focus that works to promote the credit union as a benefit and that will help people become more financially aware"

"Do not join. They will dangle carrots that will quickly disappear when budgets restrict growth."

"I would empower front line staff to make on the spot decisions. Hire industry experts, not friends to manage the business."

"Not really. As long as you know what the job entails, you will enjoy working in this field. I like this job a lot, I just can't take the reduction in income for an extended length of time"

"The bad economy has reduced my income tremendously. The selling price for my services has also dropped (also due to the economy), reducing my income even further"

"I don't have any. These are tough economic times for my industry and the entire industry is suffering"

"The checks have not bounced. Other than that, not too much"

"Like anything else in life, do your homework both financially and product wise."

"Very loosely run. No accountability from management on down.There is no espirit de corps. Attitude is lacking."

"They need to bring in serious new personal in managment that will make everyone responsible."
