"Middle management - a problem. Ethics - a problem. Not really impressed in the end."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would incent the sales staff for the right behavior and manage the business to business much more effectively so that they are not tripping over retail all of the time"
What do you like about working at Digney York Associates?
"The opportunity to be a factor in the growth of an organization is very satisfying. The group of people is a true team. There are no attitudes and if someone has sees that another is swamped their always willing to jump in and help if they have time."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself. The management can see though the BS. Their looking for good people so if your one of those all you need to do is be yourself."
What don't you like about working at Digney York Associates?
"The commute. I live 25 miles from our office and the DC Metro area traffic can be very unforgiving."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When evaluating new hires, look for attitude/personality, ability to learn, then experience. I use this order because one bad apple can ruin a bunch. I would not want to see anyone added to the team that did not share the same attitude as the rest."
