"The fellow BDR's I worked with. Also the training was helpful. You were able to learn about complex technical systems."

"As long as you can hold a conversation and say that you enjoy sales, you will be hired,."
What don't you like about working at N(3)?
"There is no growth. This is a call center environment, they say that it is not but it is a call center. You are just a number to produce. You will be let go if you don't achieve your goals with no warning. Also the constant fear of not knowing and not being able to trust your upper level management for guidance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat your employees better. Also don't take on what you can not handle."

"It was a great place to work for the most part and there is nothing that sticks out at this time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion would be more thorough evaluations for recruitment purposes. The turnover rate of the company was quite high and I believe that some of this could have been avoided with more specific considerations for specific positions."
